Store Policies We have just a few store policies. But they sometimes change, so please check back often. 1. We sell only 100% Original Gloomy Bear products approved by both Mori Chack and his licensing company in Japan. 2. We want to make you happy, we want to sell you something, and we want you to buy as much and as often as you like. 3. We will replace damaged product if it arrives to you damaged, as long as you let us know within three days of receiving it. 4. We will accept product for a refund for any reason as long as it is returned in its original condition (unworn/unwashed), unopened in its original packaging. 5. We ship three different ways. If you encounter problems trying to figure out our estimated shipping module on the checkout page, let us know at admin@GloomyBearStore.com. In fact, PLEASE DISREGARD the initial default shipping estimate that shows up as your Shopping Cart Total. The Cart defaults to our One Pound International Rate. To get the CORRECT SHIPPING AMOUNT please put in your ZIP Code for all our shipping options and costs. Shipping Options? Glad you asked!
